What this lab stands for
MindLabs is the place where knowledge institutions, companies, and creators come together. It features an IX prototyping lab combined with multidisciplinary teams of interns from vocational (MBO), higher professional (HBO), and university (WO) education working on prototyping.
Applied innovation for lasting impact. MindLabs is known for interactive virtual humans in serious roles: how do you communicate well with people when you are a system?
This comes with expertise in the ethical, legal and societal aspects of technology — whether something may and should be done, not just whether it can. Anyone who comes in with an idea can move on to a team, to a prototype, and to a launching customer.
