What this lab stands for
H20 is a campus that runs all year round: esports, sports innovation, events and education. For BRIX it is the place where IX applications meet a broad audience that has not come specifically for them — the best test environment there is.
A commercial venue that hosts large events and houses a network of companies. That makes this lab different from the others: there is always an audience here, and so always the chance to really show something.
H2O Arena supports IX prototyping, demonstration and experimentation at scale — twelve thousand square metres, open day and night. What stays in a test room elsewhere, you can put in front of hundreds of people at once here.
What we are setting up for BRIX
What H20 Arena is building as part of the CIIIC programme.
H20 Arena is creating new IX spaces on its campus in Purmerend and renewing existing ones. New are an edu lab with high-end IX computers and a prototyping space with test and showcase rooms. The sports lab, the stadium lab with twelve VR stations, the VR free-roam hall and the matchmaking expo get an upgrade. Everything can be booked seven days a week, with guidance.
